Technical Information : Shelf life, How long you can store an ink....

All the screen printing inks that we manufacture may chemically deteriorate the properties including the screenability after a certain period of time from date of manufacture.
In this technical information, each shelf life of the inks will be explained for the assistance in your ink handling.

Our ink Lot Number you can find on every container's label is telling you;

[ To take an instance, LOT NO. 81230612 ]

  • The top digit, 8 means A.D.1998.
  • The Triple figures in the middle, 123, shows our manufacturing control number.
  • The number 0612 of four figures at the bottom means Month and Date manufactured, is telling you June 12.
  • In case of fluorescent colors, the shelf life become short in large scale. The life is about 3 months.

That is to say, the ink with Lot No.81230612 was manufactured on July 12, 1998.

Refrain from an excess addition if Catalyst H as it may lead to the poor adhesion.
